Welcome to Grazina

Grazina (formerly Little Bird Events) is a boutique event space conveniently located just 30 minutes from Boston and Providence. Situated in a turn-of-the-century historic mill, our modern venue features two rooms with white oak farm tables, modern chairs, Edison lights, high ceilings, and decorative fire doors.

Our original space called, Little Bird , contains an overhead wood pergola that creates a feeling of warmth. The Lorelei Lounge is light, bright, and airy, with white hues, and a 20’ honed marble bar. Each space can be divided to suit smaller functions or combined for one big party.

While we love helping clients celebrate any occasion, our specialties are baby and wedding showers and intimate, non-traditional weddings for couples who don’t want to wait years to get married. Consider Grazina an extension of your home—as if you were hosting a dinner and dance party right at your own house!

Hi, I'm Angela!

The idea to open my own venue was born eight years ago when planning my then four-year-old daughter’s birthday party. I couldn’t find a simple yet stylish Norwood event space where I could do it all—get in-house catering, decorate as I please, and set up games and activities.

As a passionate events and hospitality professional with nearly two decades in the industry, I saw an opportunity to create a new kind of Norwood event space. With plenty of help and encouragement from my husband, I leased and designed the property in 2017. My vision was to create more than just a venue with four walls. Grazina now focuses on adult events and offers hosts and their guests the complete experience.

Previously, I served as the events and marketing manager at James Beard-awarded Oleana Restaurant in Cambridge and managed staff and events for the Henry Organization. There is hardly anything I haven’t planned, from outdoor garden weddings to intimate family parties to casual cooking classes.

When I’m not working or taking care of my family, you can find me reading about self-growth, design, and cooking. And of course searching for the next party, especially one with dancing!
